I bought this truck in 1998 after my 88F150 got totaled. It was
quite a lot of fun and I really liked the extended cab & 4x4.
Shortly after purchasing I hydrolocked the motor and so I built a new
motor for it. I had a lot of fun with this truck and learned A
LOT about auto mechanics. I rebuilt the motor, rear end, did all
the front bearins/seals/bushings, and lot of a other stuff over the 6
years that I had it. In December of 2005 I sold the truck because
of my wife & I relocating to Philadelphia. I didn't have time
to sort out a few small problems with the truck and it would never pass
emissions here. I am also using as an excuse to pick up a F250
diesel down the road. I had planned on keeping this truck for
quite some time to come because it did everything I needed it too:
Haul, pull, offroading, and drove just great.
